- Click on Calendar Events in the top right corner of Cliq window, adjacent to your profile picture.
- Click on Create Event

- Select your preferred type of meeting
- Enter the Title of your meeting
- Select a Date and Time for the meeting
- Choose Repeat event if required
- Specify the Location of the meeting or you can select "+Select Room" to select a room where you can start a meeting using the Cliq Rooms app.
- Enter your Meeting Mode, Add Speakers, Add Co-hosts (This option is made visible only for Online Meeting)
- Enable Record option if required (This option is made visible only for Online Meeting)
- Assign to participants or a conversation
- Enter the Agenda of the meeting
- Choose an alert type from the following: (This option is made visible only for Face to Face Meeting)
- Remind Just Me : Users can set their preferred time to receive the alert. The user will receive this alert via Taz
- Include Zia in your event : The user is alerted via the created adhoc chat 1 hour prior to the meeting and 5 minutes prior to the meeting
- Enter your meeting Agenda
- Click on Add Attachments button to add attachments
- Click Create
Once an online meeting is scheduled, you will receive your first reminder alert 1 hour prior to your meeting and the second reminder 15 minutes prior to your meeting. You will receive these reminders via Channels/Chats /Adhoc chat/Taz/Threads/ based on the below stated conditions:
- Reminder posted in adhoc chat if the meeting was scheduled by assigning to participants
- Reminder will be posted in channel, if the meeting was scheduled by assigning to conversation
- Reminder posted in Individual chat, if the meeting is scheduled between two users ( the host and the user) within an organization
- Reminder posted in Taz - When the meeting is scheduled ( the host and the user of external org) with a user of external organization
