Info: You can only join external and personal channels when the channel admin adds you.

Join channels within your organization (Organization and Team channel)

1. Click Channels in the left sidebar.
2. Select Join in the header.
   
3. A list of channels will be displayed. In the Search bar, type the channel name you want to join. You can also pick a channel from the list and click Join.
   

1. Click the Actions menu and select Join Channel.
   
2. A search bar with a list of channels under that level will appear. Search for a channel or join directly from the list.
    

Note: You can join only open organization and team channels. Closed channels can be joined by invitation only.

• If you are a Cliq user:
  You will receive an invite via email or as a notification from Taz with the channel name and invite details.
  
  
• If you are not a Cliq user:
  You will receive an email invite that will redirect you to sign up for Cliq, after which you can join the channel.
