Archiving a channel

When a user deletes a channel, it becomes a permanent action.

When a user archives a channel, the channel usage will be blocked.

Deleted channels cannot be retrieved.

Archived channels can be retrieved by unarchiving them.

3.

Once the channel is deleted, the whole conversation in the channel also gets deleted.

Once the channel is archived, the conversation remains saved in the channel.
