Personal channels are created to have personal discussions with colleagues on topics that are not work-related but regarding personal interests. Users can be added to a personal channel only by the channel admin.
Invite-only channels mean that the channel is closed and users can be added to it only based on invites(Closed Org, Team and external channels). For Team Channel invites, only members belonging to that specific team can be invited.
