Can a Cliq channel admin delete a message sent by a channel participant?

Yes, a channel admin, org admin and super admin can delete messages sent by channel members by following the steps below:

1. Navigate to the channel and hover over the message you want to delete.
2. Click the kebab menu (three dots) that appears and select Delete.

3. Select the appropriate reason for deleting the message, add comments if necessary and click Delete.
   
4. The reason for message deletion can be viewed by the channel admin who deleted the message and by the user whose message was deleted, by clicking the View reason option.
   
5. Here, you’ll find the reason for deletion and any comments if provided.
   

6. Once an admin deletes your message in the channel, a notification will also be sent to you via Taz.

Note: The channel admin can grant moderators or channel members the permission to delete messages posted by others.
