Can I edit channel permissions in Cliq?

Super admins and admins can edit channel permissions. Super admins can change permissions for all participants, admins can change permissions for moderators and members, and moderators can change permissions for members.
You can edit permissions only if that action is enabled for your role.
For example, if a super admin has disabled an action for admins, then admins cannot edit that permission for moderators or members.
NotesNote: Channel Permissions are available in Professional and Enterprise plan of Zoho Cliq and in Zoho One.
To edit channel permissions:
  1. Click the Channels icon in the chat header. A dialog window with channel info will appear.
  2. Select Permissions. You will see a list of actions you can manage based on your role.
  • To enable an action, select the check box.
  • To disable it, click the selected checkbox again.
  • A banner message will appear confirming that the Channel permissions have been updated.
