What are the basic Commands available in Cliq?

Slash Commands are simple shortcuts that you can use to perform operations or tasks in the chat window. Cliq has some basic Commands that a user can use to perform an action. Let's look at some slash commands that you can type and execute in the text box -
  • /pin - To pin a chat or channel in the left side bar for quick access.
  • /unpin - To unpin a chat or channel from the left side bar.

  • /feedback - To send feedback to Cliq. A form will appear where you can provide your feedback and Submit. After you've given your feedback, you'll see a banner that says 'Feedback submitted successfully.'

  • /mail - To mail current chat transcript to @users. A dialog will appear to fill up the details. A banner message 'Mail Transcript sent successfully' appears on the chat window once you've sent the transcript to the user.

  • /mute - You can mute a channel or chat for hours or days. You can type /mute -h(hours) number or /mute -d(days) number to set how long you wish to mute the conversation. You can also use the slash command /unmute to unmute the channel or chat.
