The chat summary feature in Zoho Cliq helps users quickly catch up on ongoing conversations in a chat or channel, allowing them to stay in the loop without having to scroll through a long list of messages.
Availability: This feature is offered in the Zoho Cliq Professional and Enterprise plans.
How to enable chat summary for your organization
Admins can enable the chat summary feature for the organization through the admin panel. Follow these steps:
Go to the Admin Panel.
Under Organization, navigate to Configurations.
Select the Zia module.
Enable the toggle for Chat Summary.
Note: Once enabled, Zoho Cliq will create a platform AI portal for your organization to manage this feature.Where to find the chat summary option
Open any chat or channel.
In the message composer, click the Summarize Conversation icon.
A summary of messages from the last 30 days will appear as a message card.

Options available in the chat summary
The chat summary option provides a condensed view of the last 30 days' conversations. You can further refine the summary using the following filters:
All: Displays messages from all users in the chat or channel.
You: Displays only your messages.
Selected users: Choose specific users from the channel to filter their messages.
Note : You can select up to 3 users.
Note: You can also share your feedback of the chat summary by select the like and dislike option.
