Slash Commands are simple shortcuts that you can use to perform operations or tasks in the chat window. Cliq has some basic Commands that a user can use to perform an action. Let's look at some slash commands that you can type and execute in the text area -
/pin - To pin a chat or channel in the left side bar for quick access.
/unpin - To unpin a chat or channel from the left side bar.
/feedback - To send feedback to Cliq. A form will appear where you can provide your feedback and Submit. After you've given your feedback, you'll see a banner that says 'Feedback submitted successfully.'
/mail - To mail current chat transcript to @users. A dialog will appear to fill up the details. A banner message 'Mail Transcript sent successfully' appears on the chat window once you've sent the transcript to the user.
/mute - You can mute a channel or chat for hours or days. You can type /mute -h(hours) number or /mute -d(days) number to set how long you wish to mute the conversation. You can also use the slash command /unmute to unmute the channel or chat.
