You can view information like Contact Image, Contact Name and Status of a participant in the chat window. If you want to gain additional information:
- Hover over the Contact image. A popup will appear with additional information like Designation, Department, Mobile,Extension and Local Time.
To view detailed information of a participant :
- Click on the Profile icon in the pop-up.
- A dialog window will appear.
Let's look at the list of parameters that appears on the dialog window:
Contact
- Name
- Email
- Phone
- Mobile
- Extension
Work
- Designation
- Department
- Reporting To
- Seating Location
- Employee ID
- Status
Geo Location
Apart from the detailed information there are other options in the dialog window.
- In the header, you will find the Contact image, Contact name, Designation,Department and Status. Along with the info there are icons for Audio call, Video call and Send a direct message.
- Beside the Profile there is a Chats in common section. You can click it to view all the chats you have in common with the user. You can also continue any of those chats by clicking on it and selecting Continue.
- At the bottom of the profile section, you have the option to Delete a contact, if the user is a contact.
Note:
- The above-listed info will be available for all the Cliq users. However, the data source for the parameters is accessed from Zoho People.
- If the organization does not use Zoho People, then only the User Name, Email address, Status, Local time and Country will be displayed.
- The other fields will be represented with a - symbol.
