How can I chat with people in my organization without adding them to my Contact list?

You can chat with your colleagues without having to add them as a Contact.

• Type the username in the search bar of the header.
• In the suggestions that appear, click on the username, direct message icon, or Chat with user button.
• A chat window will be displayed on the screen.
  

Note:

If you want to chat with a user without adding them to your Contacts list, you won't be able to check their status.
