How can I start a chat with a Contact?

To start a chat with a contact:

Click on Contacts in the left sidebar. A list of your contacts will appear.
Select the user you want to chat with or hover over the username and select the direct message icon in the pop-up.

If the user contacts you want to chat with do not appear in the list, click Show all to view all your Contacts.

A Contacts dialog will appear where you can search and select for a Contact based on their username or email ID.

A chat window for the above scenarios is displayed. Click the text-box at the bottom and Enter your message.
