What is Smart Chat?

You can use Cliq's smart chat feature to chat while on other Zoho apps like Connect, Mail etc quickly.

To use the Smart Chat feature of Cliq, do the following:

1. Use the shortcut key ctrl+space to open smart chat from other Zoho apps or click on the search available in the mini chat bar.
2. Smart chat will open your most recent chats, contacts and channels.
3. You can also search and send a message directly from the search bar.
   

Note: Only chats and contacts will be available for personal users.

Start a 1:1 chat - @name message

Example - @Scott Thanks for sending me the report.

Start a group chat - @name1 @name2 #chat-title message

Example - @Olivia @Rachael #marketing-internal Let's have a meeting at 4.
