Where can I find a list of keyboard shortcuts?

Zoho Cliq provides users with keyboard shortcuts so that they can instantly navigate to and perform various actions, enhancing productivity and the user experience.
Here are the list of custom shortcut availability for different Zoho Cliq plans:

To view the list of keyboard shortcuts in Cliq, follow these steps:

How to access keyboard shortcuts in Zoho Cliq  

  1. Access the user panel: Click on your profile picture, located in the top right corner of the screen.
  2. In the user panel, under the help section, select Shortcuts.
Here, you will find two tabs: Default and My Shortcuts.

Default tab  

  • Pre-defined shortcuts: All pre-defined shortcuts in Zoho Cliq are categorized under the Default tab.

  • Editing shortcuts: You can edit these shortcuts and set a new shortcut, if preferred.
  • Resetting shortcutsIf you need to reset all your shortcuts and remove all customisation made, click on the Reset to default option above to remove all changes done.

Note:
Resetting custom shortcuts will remove them entirely, and default shortcuts will return to the original key binds.

My shortcuts tab  

  • Creating custom shortcuts: This tab allows you to create your own custom keyboard shortcuts.
  • Add shortcut: Click the Add Shortcut button. In the Quick Add section, you can instantly select and add shortcuts from suggestions.
  • Select action: Choose an action from the drop-down menu. You can either select open a conversation or go to the widget.
    • Open conversation: Add the shortcut key and specify the conversation you want to open.
    • Go to widget: Add the shortcut key and specify the widget you want to open.
  • Managing shortcuts: You can edit or delete the shortcuts you have created.
