How do I share and view files?
To share files in a chat :
Click the attachment icon in the bottom left corner of the chat window.
Under the list of options, select any option. You can select Upload from Computer if you have the files saved in your system.
- A "Share with the user" pop-up appears after the file is uploaded. You can add other files or leave comments. To share the files to the users' chat, click Share.
To view files in a chat:
Click on the file sent by the user.
If the file is an image, it will open in full screen mode and show three options in the bottom right corner. With the options, you can edit the image, download it, or forward it to another user. To get a better view, you can also zoom in and out.
Tip: For quick share of files, drag and drop in the chat window of the user.Mobile (iOS)
To access and view media files on iOS, follow these steps:
- Open the conversation containing the files you wish to view.
- Tap on the conversation name.
- Swipe towards the "Media" section.
You'll discover your files organized into three distinct categories:
- Images/Video/Audio
- Documents
- Links
