Actions a user can perform on an image

In Zoho Cliq, you can enhance your image visualization by using the following actions. Whether you need to edit, share, or extract information from an image, Zoho Cliq offers a range of actions to simplify these tasks.

Actions You Can Perform on an Image:  

  1. Zoom In/Out – Adjust the image size to focus on details or view the entire image.

  2. Extract Text – Extract and copy text directly from the image.

How to Extract Text from an Image:  

  • Click the extract text icon located in the bottom-right corner of the image.
  • The text will be automatically extracted from the image.
  • You can now click directly on any portion of the text, and two options will appear:
    • Copy: Select this to copy the highlighted text.
    • Select All: Choose this to select all the text in the image, then click Copy to copy everything.

  1. Rotate – Change the orientation of the image for better visibility.

  2. Edit – Modify the image by applying adjustments or annotations.

  3. Download – Save the image to your device for offline access.

  4. Forward – Send the image to other users or channels within Zoho Cliq.

  5. View Chat – Quickly jump to the conversation where the image was shared.
