How to delete messages in Cliq?

You can delete a message by following these steps:

  1. Hover over the message you want to delete.

  2. Click on the Kebab icon and select Delete. 

  1. Click Delete on the confirmation pop-up.

  1. You can also delete multiple messages at once using the Select message action. 

  1. Click on Delete in the confirmation pop-up.

NotesNote: Deleted messages cannot be recovered.

6. Once the message is deleted, "This message has been deleted" will be displayed in its place.

 

NotesNote: The time limit to delete a message depends on the configurations set by your admin and it can range from 1 minute to 730 days. These configurations can only be changed by the admin.

Admin note:

  • The admin can change these configurations by clicking on their profile picture and selecting Admin Panel.

  • Select Organization and then Configurations, and change the time limit under the Conversations section.
