How to enable unread message summary in Zoho Cliq?
To enable unread message summary in Cliq:
Navigate to Profiles & Settings and go to General.
Click Summary and enable the Summarize Unread Messages option.
Go to any channel you have unread messages in and hover over the message count. Select the summary icon and a paragraph of the conversation will appear.
The following options are available in the summary.
Feedback - You can vote the summary as concise or not satisfied based on the relevance.
Go to chat - You can hop in a conversation.
Mark as read - You can mark all the messages as read.

Note:
You can enable the unread message summary option, only if your admin has enabled it for your org.
You can view the summary of a maximum of 1000 unread messages.
