How to close a thread?

Here's how you can close a thread:

Navigate to the thread you want to close
Click on the overflow menu (three dots)
Select Close Thread

Once you close a thread the status of your thread will be updated as closed. You can view your close threads from the all threads section.

Note: Replying to a closed thread will revert the thread to active state.

If you are unable to close and reopen threads, this is likely due to the admin configuration, refer to the link to learn more.

To reopen a closed thread:

Click on the Action menu in the thread
Select Reopen Thread
