How to know about the members participation in a Calendar event?

Once the Calendar event is created, participants will receive a notification in the form of an invitation card. The participants have the option to select accept, decline, or maybe.

You can view your attendees and their response to the meeting under Event Details by clicking the Event name. The response will appear in the form of an icon in the Contact image of the attendees.

 

• A green tick icon indicates that the attendee has accepted the event.
• A red cross icon indicates that the attendee has declined the event.
• An orange dash icon indicates that the attendee is unsure and selected maybe. 

Note:

• If the attendee has not selected any option, no icon will appear on their contact image.
