Once the Calendar event is created, the event gets listed under the Calendar icon in the header.
Let us consider the following scenarios and look at the different ways notifications are sent to the user.
- Face-to-Face meeting with participants.
Taz Bot will send notifications to the users. If you select Include Zia, you will receive notifications from Zia.
- Face-to-Face meeting in conversation.
The meeting's invitation card gets posted on the Channel. You will receive notifications 5 mins before the meeting and once the meeting has started.
- Online Meeting with participants.
When you create an online meeting with specific participants, a group chat will be created, along with an invitation card sent to them in the group.
- Online Meeting with conversation.
When you create an online meeting with a channel, it creates a thread in the channel. You will receive a thread notification and also a channel notification.
Note:
- In all instances, the attendees will receive a mail.
