Who is Zia and how will she be part of my Event?
Zia is Zoho's AI-powered assistant that you can use in Zoho apps. Whether you're collecting customer data, writing a document, or just looking for some sales numbers, Zia makes your work easier.
Zia can also be included during your Calendar events. Let's see how Zia will be part of the event:
- When you include Zia in your event, she immediately creates a Group Chat with all the participants of the event.
- An event invite message card gets displayed where participants will have the option to select Accept, Decline, or Maybe.
- Zia will send reminders 5 mins and 1 hour before the event. She will also notify during the due time. During the Face-to-Face Calendar event, she will notify the participants to assemble at the location. For Online meetings, she will provide a link to start meeting for the organizer and join meeting for the participants.
- Whenever there is a change of the event name, time, and location by the organizer, Zia will send a notification to the group chat.
Note:
- You can also use cmd (command)+/ to start Zia Search in any Zoho app. You can search by application and contact. You can filter results and do quick actions like reply to a mail, edit a record, etc.
- You can include Zia in Face to Face meetings if you want, but she will be included by default in Online Meetings.
