Creating an account with Cliq

How to create an account in Cliq

Sign up:  

  1. Open your preferred web browser and navigate to www.zoho.com/cliq .
Note: The domain extension may vary based on your data center. For instance, .com is for the US DC, while other data centers may use different extensions (e.g., .eu, .in, etc.).
  1. To create a new Cliq account enter the following details :
  • Email
  • Password
  • Phone number (Mandatory for IN DC).
  1. Read the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and accept them by clicking on the checkbox.
  2. Click on the START YOUR FREE TRIAL button to create your free trial account.
  3. Now you will receive an email to the registered mail ID for verification of your account. Click on the Confirm Account button provided in the email and enter the password.
  4. If you have entered a phone number, an OTP will be sent for verification instead of an email. Enter the OTP to verify.
  5. Now you have two options: Setup your business or Join an existing business

A. Set up your business  

  • To set up your business, choose the second option. Enter your company name.
  • If you want users to find your company through their email addresses and send a request to join, tick the checkbox. Then click Create.
  • To invite your colleagues, enter their names and email addresses, and click Done, Invite them all!

B. Join an existing business  

There are two ways to join an existing business:
  1. Wait for an invite from your organization.
  2. Search for the organization (if it’s public) using the email address of one of its employees, and send a request to join.

Note:
A user cannot have both a paid and free Cliq account simultaneously.
