How do I add a recovery phone number

If you forget your password / are unable to sign in for some reason, adding a recovery phone number to your Zoho account will allow you to regain access to your account and is highly recommended.
Zoho Cliq allows you to add a recovery phone number in the following ways:
  1. Click your Profile image in the top-right corner.
  2. In the user panel that appears, select My Zoho Account.

  1. You can also go to the user panel and click Profile & Settings. Then select Personal Information, and click Manage Zoho profile.

  1. In any case, you'll be directed to your Zoho accounts page. In the left sidebar, click Mobile Numbers, then Add Mobile Number under My Mobile Numbers.

  1. You can select the country code and enter the recovery phone number in the text area and click Add.

  1. An OTP will be sent to your number for verification.

  2. Your recovery phone number will appear under My Mobile Numbers once the verification is successful.
