How do I reset my Zoho account password?

Follow these steps to reset your password, in case you had forgotten it or If you want to change it.

1. Go to www.zoho.com/cliq/login.html or http://cliq.zoho.com/ on your preferred browser.
2. Enter your email address and click Next.
   
3. On the password sign-in page, click Forgot Password?
   
4. If a CAPTCHA is displayed, verify it by answering the question.
   
5. If you remember your last password, you can enter it and continue signing in. If you want to reset your password, click Continue to reset password.
   
6. If you’ve added a recovery phone number, you can enter the OTP received to change your password. Otherwise, the OTP will be sent to your registered email address.
   
7. You’ll be asked if you want to terminate all active sessions. Choose your preference and click Continue.
   
8. Your password will be changed. You can now sign in using your new password.

Note:

• You will not receive a reset link via email if your email address is hosted in Zoho Mail. In such cases, your request will be forwarded to your admin.
• You will receive a reset link via email if your email address is hosted on a different server. You can reset your password by clicking the link provided.
