
Note: It should be noted that you can add up to a maximum of 10 accounts in the app. After that, you will have to remove an account to add another one.
Switching Between Accounts:
- Open the Zoho Cliq Desktop Application.
- Click on the "Accounts" button located in the application's menu bar.
- In the Accounts drop-down menu, all the accounts that you have logged in will be listed. Select the account you want to switch to and it will open a new Cliq window with that account (You can also use keyboard shortcuts shown near the account names to easily switch between them).
Managing Accounts:
- Open the Zoho Cliq Desktop Application.
- Click on the "Accounts" button located in the application's menu bar.
- In the Accounts drop-down menu, select the "Manage accounts" option.
- In the Manage Accounts window, you can again view the list of all the accounts added to the Zoho Cliq desktop application.
- You can sign in into a different account from here and you can also remove an account.
- Just hover over the account you want to remove and you will get the option to remove the account (it should be signed out first).
