Multi account login support for the Cliq desktop application
The Zoho Cliq desktop application is a powerful collaboration tool for teams . With Cliq 4.0, the desktop application now supports multiple account logins and provides a seamless experience for users who work with multiple accounts. In this document, you will learn how to switch between different accounts and manage them effectively in the Zoho Cliq desktop application.
Adding a New Account:
- Open the Zoho Cliq Desktop Application.
- Click on the "Accounts" button located in the application's menu bar.
- In the Accounts drop-down menu, select the "Add account" option.
- Enter the email address and password associated with the account you want to add.
- Click on the "Sign In" button to add the new account.
Info: Mac users can find the Accounts button at the top of their screen, while Windows users can press the 'Alt' key to display the Accounts option.
Note: It should be noted that you can add up to a maximum of 10 accounts in the app. After that, you will have to remove an account to add another one.
Switching Between Accounts:
- Open the Zoho Cliq Desktop Application.
- Click on the "Accounts" button located in the application's menu bar.
- In the Accounts drop-down menu, all the accounts that you have logged in will be listed. Select the account you want to switch to and it will open a new Cliq window with that account (You can also use keyboard shortcuts shown near the account names to easily switch between them).
Managing Accounts:
- Open the Zoho Cliq Desktop Application.
- Click on the "Accounts" button located in the application's menu bar.
- In the Accounts drop-down menu, select the "Manage accounts" option.
- In the Manage Accounts window, you can again view the list of all the accounts added to the Zoho Cliq desktop application.
- You can sign in into a different account from here and you can also remove an account.
- Just hover over the account you want to remove and you will get the option to remove the account (it should be signed out first).
