• Navigate to My Pins.

• Click the meatballs menu (three dots) next to My Pins.

• Select Add Folder.
  

• Click the emoji icon and choose an emoji for your folder if you want.
  

• Enter a folder name, then click Create.
  

• Once you’ve created a chat folder, you’ll be prompted to add chats. Search for and select the chats you want to include in this folder and click Add.
  

 Managing folders in My Pins 

1. Add Chats: Select the chats you want to include, then click the Add Chats icon.
   
2. Reorder: Click Reorder, drag and move the chats as per your preference, and click Done.
   
3. Rename: Enter a new name for the folder, then click Rename.
   
4. Delete: When you click Delete, you’ll see the following options:
   

1. Delete & Pin: This option deletes the folder but keeps the pinned chats in the default list.
2. Delete: This option deletes the folder and unpins the chats from the My Pins section.

Note:

• You can also pin a chat to an existing folder by navigating to the conversation or channel in the navigation sidebar, click the kebab icon (three dots), select Pin Channel/Conversation and choose a folder from the list.
