How to view your call history in Zoho Cliq

 To access your call history:
  1. Go to the navigation sidebar and click on the History module.
  2. Select Direct calls from the available options.
Here, you’ll find a complete list of your audio and video calls, categorized into three tabs:
  • All – Displays all calls made, received, missed, and unanswered.
  • Missed – Shows calls you missed.
  • Received – Lists all calls you received.

Filtering your call history   

To refine your search, you can use the following filter options:
  • Calls with: View call history with specific users or everyone.
  • Filter by date: Select a date to view calls made before, after, or on a specific day.

 Make a call 

  • Make a call: Click the Make a call button to start an audio or video call instantly.

  • Hover over a name to access quick actions:
    • Start an audio call
    • Start a video call
    • Open conversation with the user 
Notes
Note:
  • Call history is retained for one year in the Direct calls section.
  • Recorded calls and calls associated with a whiteboard or notes are not deleted.
