Troubleshooting Android notifications: OnePlus

Android version - 14 

Step 1: Enable notification for Cliq in your phone settings 

  1. Go to your phone Settings -> Apps.

  1. Click on App management.

  1. Find and tap on Zoho Cliq from the list.

  1. Under App info, click Manage notifications.

  2. Use the toggle button to enable or disable the Allow Notifications option.

     

Step 2: Exclude Cliq from battery optimization

  1. Go to your phone Settings -> Apps -> App management.

  1. Find and tap on Zoho Cliq from the list.

  1. Under App info, Click on Battery usage.

  1. Enable the toggle button for Allow background activity option .
