Troubleshooting Android notifications: Oppo

Step 1: Enable notification for Cliq in your phone settings

  1. Go to your phone Settings -> Apps.

  1. Select App Management.

  1. Find and tap on Zoho Cliq from the list.

  1. Under App info, click Manage notifications.

  1. Use the toggle button to enable/disable All Notifications.


Step 2: Exclude Cliq from battery optimization

  1. Go to your phone Settings -> Apps.

 

  1. Select App Management.

  1. Find and tap on Zoho Cliq from the list.

  1. Under App info, click Battery usage.

  1. To disable restriction for the app, toggle the Allow background activity button. Select Allow in the pop-up that appears.

  1. Enabling the allow background activity button will disable the foreground activity button, so that Cliq has battery usage in background without restrictions.
