Step 1: Show notifications from Cliq 

  1. Go to your phone Settings -> Apps.

  1. Find and tap on Zoho Cliq from the list.

  1. Under Privacy, click Notifications.

  1. Use the toggle button to enable/disable Show notifications.


Step 2: Exclude Cliq from battery optimization 

  1. Go to your phone Settings -> Apps.

  1. Find and tap on Zoho Cliq from the list.

  1. Select Battery from the App info.

  1. Select the Unrestricted radio button to exclude Cliq from battery optimization and receive notifications without delay.
