Troubleshooting Android notifications: Vivo

Step 1: Enable notification for Cliq in your phone settings

  1. Go to your phone Settings -> Apps.

  1. Find and tap on Zoho Cliq from the list.

  1. Under App info, click Notifications.

  1. Use the toggle button to enable/disable All Zoho Cliq notifications.

Step 2: Exclude Cliq from battery optimization

  1. Go to your phone Settings -> Apps.

  1. Find and tap on Zoho Cliq from the list.

  1. Click on App battery usage.

  1. Select Unrestricted under Manage Battery Usage so that Cliq has battery usage in background without restrictions.
