Use Zoho Cliq Widgets and Shortcuts on iOS

You can enhance your Zoho Cliq experience by adding widgets to your home screen for quick access and using Shortcuts to perform actions.
Here's how you can do it:

Add widgets 

  1. Touch and hold an empty area on your iOS home screen until the apps start to jiggle.
  2. Tap the Edit button in the top-left corner and select Add Widget.
  3. Search for Zoho Cliq and select the widget you'd like to add.
  4. Once selected, click the Add Widget button and drag it where you want to place it and select Done.

Available Widget Types:

  • Quick chat (small) widget: Here you can add up to 5 quick conversations.
  • Quick chat widget: Here, you can add up to 10 quick conversations.
  • Quick actions widget: Instantly perform four default actions like starting a meeting, setting a reminder, creating an event, or searching in Zoho Cliq. You can change the four default options that display according to your preference.

 Adding your conversations as quick chats 

  1. Press and hold the widget you added.
  2. Click Edit Widget.
  3. Choose the conversations you want to add to the widget.
  4. The quick chats will be displayed in the widget, making them easily accessible.

Adding default actions in the Quick actions widget

You can customize the Quick Actions widget by adding default actions.
  1. Touch and hold the Quick Actions widget and click the Edit Widget option.
  2. Select up to four actions from the available list.
  3. Reorder the selected actions to set the desired sequence.

Shortcuts 

When you search for Zoho Cliq using your iOS device’s Search, you’ll see suggestions based on your recent activities in the Zoho Cliq app.
For example, if you frequently make calls using Zoho Cliq, a "Make a Call" shortcut will appear. Tapping this shortcut will take you directly to the call screen, where you can quickly choose the user you want to contact.

Note:
  • Make sure you have the Shortcuts app installed on your iOS device. It displays all available shortcuts based on the actions you’ve performed in Zoho Cliq.
  • The order of the suggested actions is based on how often you perform them; the more frequent actions appear first.
