Troubleshooting Android notifications: Xiaomi

Step 1: Enable notification for Cliq in your phone settings

  1. Go to your phone Settings -> Apps.

  1. Select Manage apps.

  1. Find and tap on Zoho Cliq from the list.

  1. Under App info, click Notifications.

  1. Use the toggle button to enable/disable Show Notifications.


Step 2: Exclude Cliq from battery optimization

  1. Go to your phone Settings -> Apps.

  1. Find and tap on Zoho Cliq from the list.

  1. Click on Battery saver.

  1. Select No restrictions so that Cliq gets excluded from battery saver.

 

Notes

Note: Use the toggle button to enable/disable autostart for Cliq.
