In Remote Work view in Zoho Cliq, you can choose from 5 different statuses. You can set your status according to your availability in the header of the Remote Work view.

• Available for Collaboration - Set your status as "Available for Collaboration" when you are online and ready for collaboration. You will receive all notifications and other users can connect with you.

• Engaged at work - Set your status as "Engaged at work" when you want to stay focused without interruptions. Desktop and message sound notifications will be disabled but you will still receive messages.

• Meal break for 30 mins - Set your status as "Meal break for 30 mins" when you are having your meal to let people know that you are unavailable.

• Short break for 15/30/45/60 mins - You can set the status as "Short break for 15/30/45/60 minutes in the dropdown to show that you are taking a break.

• Do not disturb for 15/30/45/60 mins - Set your status to "Do not disturb" for 15/30/45/60 minutes when you do not want to receive notifications on messages and calls.
