How to use the Department View in Cliq?
Department View allows you to search for members of a department across an organization efficiently. This view also provides a comprehensive list of all the members in a department and categorizes them based on their availability.
How to access the Department View?
The Department View can be accessed by clicking on the Remote Work option on the left-sided panel in Cliq.
What are the different categories listed in Department View?
The categories are:
At work - This is a list of all the members of the department who have checked and are available.
Away - A list of all the members who have set their status as "Away" or are on leave.
Meetings - This lists all of the scheduled and on-going meetings that you are a part of. You can also find the records of past meetings that you were in by clicking on the View meeting history option on the bottom of the Meetings list.
