How can you enable an auto-response in Zoho Cliq when you're unavailable?

When you are unavailable for a specific amount of time and want to set up an auto-response to a one-on-one message, do the following:
  1. Click on your contact image, and under My Cliq, select Auto Response.

  2. Switch on the auto-response toggle to fill in your details.

  3. In the text area, enter the message, set the date and time frame you want the response to send, check the box if you want to send an auto-response to external users, and click Save Changes.
Notes

Note:

  1. The user who sends you a message will only receive the response once within 24 hours of the specified time. The response will not be sent for consecutive messages after that.
  2. When the auto-response is enabled, you can view an icon in the top-right corner of the Cliq page.

 Android (mobile) 

  1. Click your contact image, go to Settings, and select Personalize.
  2. Enable the toggle for Auto Response.
  3. Click Edit to type your auto-response message and configure the duration.
  4. Check the box to send auto-replies to external users, then click Save.

 iOS (mobile) 

  1. Click your contact image, go to Settings, and select Personalize.
  2. Enable the toggle for Auto Response.
  3. Click Edit to type your auto-response message and configure the duration.
  4. Select the option to send auto-replies to external users, then click Save.
