How do I enable the send button in the text composer?

To enable the send button in the text composer:

  1. Navigate to Profiles & Settings in the user panel.

  1. Under Display, select Send button and enable the toggle button.


  1. Type your message in the text composer. The send button will be enabled in the composer. You can click this button to send your message or use Shift+Enter/Return.

If you choose to press Enter/Return with this feature enabled, the cursor will move to the next line.

Note:

  • This feature applies to the main text composer in a chat or channel and to the thread inline composer.

  • You can press Shift+Enter to write comments for attachments.
