How to configure unified status in Cliq based on activity across other Zoho apps?

Unified status helps make sure their status changes according to your activity across other Zoho apps.
Let's say you use Zoho Meeting to make calls. Cliq will notify you and ask you to configure unified status so that whenever you make a call in a Zoho meeting, Cliq will show your status as "In a meeting." The option can be enabled or disabled based on your preferences.

To configure unified status in Cliq, do the following:
  1. Click on your contact image and go to Profile & Settings.

  1. Select Status and go to Unified Status, and enable the toggle button for the app you want to configure it for.


NotesNote: The toggle option for the Zoho apps in Cliq will be available only after using the particular app.
