Default Status:
Available
Set your status as Available when you are online and ready for collaboration. You will receive all notifications and other users can connect with you.
Away
You can set your status as Away if you are taking a short break or going for a meal. You will let others know you are on a break, but still receive notifications and calls.
Idle
When you have set your status as Available, but inactive for 10 minutes, your status will automatically be changed to Idle. You will still receive notifications and calls.
Busy
Set your status as Busy when you need to concentrate and keep focused on your work. You will not receive any notification sounds.
Invisible
Use the Invisible status when you want to be offline and do not want others to know that you are available. You will receive notifications and calls, but your status will appear as Offline to others.
Do not disturb
When the admin has selected "Always Allow" for a specific status:
Users can freely enable this status whenever they need to, without any restrictions.
When the admin has selected "Never Allow" for a particular status,
This status will not be displayed as an option for users, ensuring that it remains inaccessible.
When the admin has disabled either the unified status or quick status features,
Users will lose the ability to see the quick status on the remote work page or set unified status under Profiles & Settings.
