Actions are executions that are results of configuring automations.
In Zoho CommandCenter, they play a critical role by powering the orchestration and shaping the actual experience delivered to customers.

- Updating system fields upon nudge
- Creating tasks for the sales team
- Invoking a webhook when the invoice gets created.

Coming as part of Configuration blocks, CommandCenter help view all kinds of actions in one place. There are two types of actions that are consolidated.
- Default actions
- Actions from Integrated application
Default actions are native actions created in Journey and Path Finder configurations from the CommandCenter application. It includes
- Webhooks
- Emails
- Custom functions
Actions from integrated applications list all the actions created in the integrated app to automate.
An app is displayed as part of Actions when CommandCenter is available as part of their feature set and currently, Zoho CRM is the only application where CommandCenter is available as a feature set under Setup> Experience Center > CommandCenter.
