How to create a new event type?  

1. Click Events from the left menu.
   
   
   
   
2. Click gear icon in the top-right corner.
   
   
   
   
3. Go to the Custom Events tab, and click Create.
   
   
   
   
4. Provide a name for the event type, (ex: Celebration, Conference) and select an icon and color.
   
   
   
   
5. Select who can create this custom event and select the set of actions to retain in this event type.
   
   
   
   
6. Click Create.

How to change an event type

1. Open the event that you'd like to edit.
2. Click the menu with the ellipses icon in the top-right part of the pop-out.
   
   
   
   
3. From the dropdown, select Change Event Type.
   
   
   
   
4. Select the new type to move your event to.
   
   
   
   
5. Click Change.
   
   
   

How to edit/delete an event type?  

1. Click Events from the left menu.
   
   
   
   

2. Click Settings at the top-right corner.
   
   
   
   

3. Go to the Custom Events tab.

4. Click the edit icon, next to the event type, to make changes to the name and the fields in the type.
   
   
   
   

5. Click the delete icon to remove the type permanently.

You can either move the existing events to another type before deleting the current type, or you can delete the type and all the events created under it.
