Searching, attachments, and personal feed views

Use the search icon in the top-right corner of the Community Wall, or open Global Search from the top of the community, to find content quickly across the platform.


Global Search helps you locate content across:
  • Feeds
  • Forums
  • Tasks
  • Manuals
  • Events
  • Town Halls
  • Ideas
  • Tasks



This  also lets you search inside file attachments using remembered keywords, so you don't need to open every file manually.  
 
Use Advanced Search when you need more precise results. You can filter by:
  • App (module)



  •  User (the person who posted the content)



  • Spaces
     


  • Date or a custom date range

 

Open feed attachments   

Use Attachments to access all feed post attachments, including files, images, and videos, from one place.


See more menu   

Click See more from the dropdown in the left navigation panel to access additional feed sections that help you return to important content, manage saved items, and track posts that need your attention.


The See more menu includes:
  • Bookmarks – Access posts you have saved for quick reference. This helps you return to important conversations, updates, or resources without searching for them again.



  • Followed Posts – View the posts you are actively following. This is useful when you want to keep track of posts and receive updates whenever someone comments or adds new engagement.



  • Read Later – Revisit posts you intentionally saved for another time. You can also set reminders on these posts so you receive a notification to return to them later, or remove from read later once you have finished reading.
     


  • My Scheduled Posts – Manage posts you created and scheduled to be published at a future time. From here, you can edit the content, publish the post immediately, or reschedule it before it goes live.



  • Mandatory Reads – View posts marked as required reading by the community host or moderator.
    Use View Report to review and export the report showing who has read and acknowledged the post and who has not yet read it.



    This helps ensure that you do not miss important updates, policies, or announcements that require your attention.
  • My Drafts – Continue working on unpublished posts you previously saved. This makes it easier to return to incomplete content, refine it further, and publish it when ready.



  • My Schedule - Brings all your time-based items into one place. It shows your upcoming and overdue tasks, along with current and future Events and Town Hall sessions, so you can track everything you need to attend or act on from a single view.



    Use My Schedule Preferences from the three-dot menu in the top-right corner to receive a schedule summary alert. You can choose when to get this alert each day, and enable it via email and/or push notifications.





    Use Filter to quickly narrow the view to Tasks, Checklists, Events, or Town Halls.



  • Under Moderation – Open Under Moderation to review posts you shared on the Community Wall or in Spaces that are currently waiting for approval by a moderator or host. Once approved, these posts will appear in the feed.



  • Favorites – Expand Favorites for quick access to the spaces, manuals, and task boards you have specifically marked as favorites. This gives you a faster way to return to the areas you use most often.



Together, these sections help you organize your personal feed experience by separating saved content, scheduled content, moderated content, and required reading into dedicated views, instead of keeping everything mixed inside the main feed.
