Use reactions and comments   

Once a forum post is published, you can engage with it in multiple ways.

• Use reactions to quickly acknowledge, appreciate, or respond without writing a comment.
  
  
  
  

• Use comments to discuss the post and add replies under it. This is where the main conversation around the forum post happens.

Review forum post activity   

The view count shows how many times the forum post has been viewed.

Open Analytics to review performance metrics such as views and engagement for that specific forum post, based on your access permissions.

For long posts, click Show Summary to view a concise AI-generated summary before reading the full post.

Use post actions   

When you open a forum post, use the three-dot menu to access additional actions based on your permissions, such as:

• Edit– Update the forum post content after it has been created.

• Copy Forum URL– Copy the forum post link so you can share it easily.

• Follow– Receive updates when there is new activity on the forum post.

• Turn Off Notification– Stop receiving notifications for that forum post.

• Bookmark– Save the forum post so you can return to it quickly later.

• Read Later– Mark the forum post for later reading.

• Print– Print the forum post content.

• Pin / Unpin this Forum Post– Keep the forum post highlighted for better visibility.

• Mark as Mandatory Read– Require members to read and acknowledge the forum post.

• Disable comments– Make the forum post read-only by stopping new comments.

• Report– Flag the forum post for review if it is inappropriate or violates guidelines.

• Delete– Remove the forum post from the community.
