Understanding Gamification
Through Gamification in Zoho CommunitySpaces, users can earn points, level up, and recognize other members through badges. This encourages participation by rewarding community activity and making progress visible.
Rewards include points and badges. Users earn points for every activity they perform in the community. The cumulative points earned by the users are used to determine their level. Badges are awarded to recognize and celebrate members for their accomplishments.
About Gamification
When you are new to the community, the best place to begin is the About Gamification section.
- Open the Gamification module.
- Click About Gamification on the right side of the dashboard.
Learn how points, levels, and badges work
In the About Gamification section, you can learn about:
- How gamification works in the community
- The levels available in the community
- The points range for each level
- Which activities earn more points
- Which badges are available
Track your progress on the leaderboard
Once you understand how the system works, you can start engaging in the community by sharing posts and participating in discussions. As you earn points, your position improves on the Leaderboard.
