Overview

Let us start with a post

1. In your account, go to the Feeds page from the left-side menu.
   
   
   
   
2. Click the rich text editor and write a post.
   
   
   
   (You can share events, ideas, and announcements, conversations, polls, forums, broadcast, or post a question to keep everyone informed and engaged.)
   
   
   
   
3. After writing your post, select whether you want to share the post with a specific person or in a space.
   
   
   
   
4. Click Share to publish the post.
   
   
   

1. If you enjoy a post, you can click the thumbs-up icon. You also have the option to choose from five other emojis.
   
   
   
   
2. Tap on the comment box under the post, write your thoughts, and click Post.
   
3. If you want someone’s attention to your post or comment, use @mention with their name to notify them about your activity. 
   

Components of a post

1. Post views count
   Click the eye icon() on your published post to know how many overall and unique views your post has. You can also view the list of viewers.
2. Follow community members
   When you like someone’s posts and want to be notified of their new posts, hover over their name and click Follow.
   
   
   
   
3. Add tasks from the post
   If any post gives you an idea or seems like a valuable work item for you, click the tick icon() in the bottom-right corner to create a task out of the post.
   

Join a space

How to join a space

1. Select Spaces from the left-side menu bar.
   
   
   
   
2. Click Public Spaces in the extended menu to view and join in available spaces.
   
   
   
   
3. Click Discover Spaces to explore spaces based on categories like most active, most popular, and recently created.
   
4. Click Join to join a open group, else you have to request to join for private spaces.
