Understand what this section controls
Open Settings and navigate to Customization to align the visual identity of the community with your brand.
This section is especially important for a superhost, because it controls how the community is visually recognized by members across web and mobile. It helps you make the community feel more branded and familiar by customizing key identity elements such as the logo and favicon.
Update logo preferences
Open Logo Preferences when you want to change or remove the community logo.
From here, you can:
Your community’s logo and favicon customization mainly applies to the web version of the community. In the native Zoho CommunitySpaces mobile app, members will continue to see your community’s name.
This is useful when:
Your organization branding has changed
The community needs a more purpose-specific identity
You want the experience to feel more branded for members
The logo file should not exceed 20 KB. For best visibility, use 160 × 55 pixels. Supported formats are JPEG, JPG, and PNG.
Within Logo Preferences, you can also choose whether to display:
Community Name
Community Logo
as the visual identity of the community.
This provides flexibility in how branding should appear throughout the community. In some communities, the name alone may be enough. In others, the logo may be more recognizable.
Upload a custom favicon
Use Favicon to customize the small icon shown in the browser tab. By default, the community uses the standard Zoho CommunitySpaces favicon. You can replace it with your own custom favicon so the browser tab reflects your brand more clearly.
From here, you can:
This helps a superhost strengthen branding at a smaller but highly visible level, especially when members keep the community open in the browser throughout the day.
You can also preview how the favicon will appear on the desktop browser before finalizing it.
The favicon file should not exceed 20 KB. For best visibility, use 60 × 60 pixels. Supported formats are JPEG, JPG, PNG, and ICO.
