Inviting people to your community

Overview

After creating your community, the next important step is to invite people to join it. You can invite them easily via email or bulk upload. 

Who can invite people to join a community?

Only the superhost can invite people to join their community.

What type of users can be invited to your community?

As a super host, you can invite both hosts and members to your community. Also, you can convert a member to host anytime you’d like. 

How to add people to your community

To invite less users,
  1. Click the gear icon in the right menu.
  2. From the dropdown, select Invite Users.
  3. From the pop-up, type the email addresses of users you’d like to invite, separated by with a comma. (For example- If you’re inviting three users, you could enter user1@xyz.com, user2@xyz.com, user3@xyz.com.

  4. Select the spaces and boards where you’d like to invite the selected users.

  5. Once done, click Send Invites in the bottom-right corner of the pop-up.



To invite bulk users,

  1. Click the gear icon in the right menu.

  2. From the dropdown, select Invite Users.
  3. Go to Import Users tab, and to click Import users from CSV.
  4. Click Upload to select a .csv file containing the email addresses to send invite in one go.

  5. Check and select the users you’d like to add to your community.
  6. Select the spaces and boards where you’d like to invite the selected users. (They'll be added to the Spaces and Boards once they accept the invite)
  7. Once done, click Send Invites in the bottom-right corner of the pop-up.


Info
People will become part of your community once they accept your invite via email.
Notes
You can assign members to specific Spaces or Boards when inviting them to the community. Once they join, they'll be added automatically.
