What type of users can be invited to your community?
How to add people to your community
- Click the gear icon in the right menu.
- From the dropdown, select Invite Users.
From the pop-up, type the email addresses of users you’d like to invite, separated by with a comma. (For example- If you’re inviting three users, you could enter user1@xyz.com, user2@xyz.com, user3@xyz.com.
Select the spaces and boards where you’d like to invite the selected users.
Once done, click Send Invites in the bottom-right corner of the pop-up.
To invite bulk users,
Click the gear icon in the right menu.
- From the dropdown, select Invite Users.
- Go to Import Users tab, and to click Import users from CSV.
Click Upload to select a .csv file containing the email addresses to send invite in one go.
- Check and select the users you’d like to add to your community.
- Select the spaces and boards where you’d like to invite the selected users. (They'll be added to the Spaces and Boards once they accept the invite)
Once done, click Send Invites in the bottom-right corner of the pop-up.
