Reviewing flagged posts, comments, and users
Overview
In Zoho CommunitySpaces, any posts, comments, or users flagged by members must be reviewed by the community hosts and Super host.
Reporting users, posts, or comments is possible only when the feature is enabled by hosts or Super host.
To enable this:
Go to Settings.
Click Manage Features under Apps & Features.
Turn on the toggle for Report spam.
Who can review reported content and users?
Only community hosts can review reported posts, comments, and users. If someone flags a host's post, another host will review it.
Reviewing a flagged post
Click the Report icon in the right-side menu.
Choose the post you'd like to review.
In the pop-up, select Delete Post if the content violates guidelines or Ignore and Keep the Post if the content is appropriate.
Once a flagged post is approved, it can’t be reported again.
Click the Report icon in the right-side menu.
Choose the comment you'd like to review.
In the pop-up, select Delete Comment if the comment is inappropriate, or Ignore and Keep the Comment if no action is needed.
Once a flagged comment is approved, it can’t be reported again.
Reviewing a flagged user
Click the Report icon in the right-side menu.
Choose the user report you'd like to review.
In the pop-up, select Disable User Profile if the user is violating policies or Ignore Report if the report is invalid.
When you disable a user profile, the user won’t be able to access the community until it’s re-enabled.
