Overview
Audit logs in Zoho CommunitySpaces provide a chronological record of activities performed by users and changes made within your community.
They help hosts keep track of important activities, such as changes to users, content, settings, and other configurations. Each audit log entry helps you identify the action performed, the user who performed it, and when the action occurred.
Audit logs are useful when you need to review past activities, monitor administrative changes, or identify when and by whom a particular change was made.
Who can view audit logs?
Only community hosts and Super Host can access the audit logs in Zoho CommunitySpaces.
How to view audit logs
To access the audit logs:
Click the gear icon from the right menu.
Select Settings.
Under Data Administration, select Audit Logs.
The Audit Logs page displays a chronological list of activities and changes made in the community.

Audit log records are available for the last six years.
Each audit log entry provides information about an activity performed in the community. Depending on the action, the log can include details such as:
The user who performed the action
The action performed
The date and time of the action
Information related to the affected item or configuration
For example, when hosts change a community settings, the audit log records the change along with the user who performed it and the time of the activity.

You can combine the available filters to narrow down the results and locate a specific activity more easily.
Why are audit logs useful?
Audit logs give community hosts better visibility into activities and changes across the community. You can use them to:
Track administrative activities.
Identify who made a particular change.
Check when an action was performed.
Review changes made to community settings and data.
Refer to previous activities when investigating an issue.

Since audit logs maintain a historical record of community activities, hosts can refer to them whenever they need more information about a change or action.
